By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your use is for personal entertainment purposes only and is consistent with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of sp999 is lawful in the place from which you access it.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on sp999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination of the above — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, bonuses will be voided and any related withdrawals will be refused pending investigation.
When registering at sp999 you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use false identities, fictitious names or another person's details to register. sp999 may request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.
By registering at sp999 you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you will update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending winnings.
You are responsible for keeping your sp999 account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any other person, and sp999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sp999 support immediately at support@sp999.bid. sp999 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
All financial transactions at sp999 are processed securely. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access sp999 is free from malicious software, keyloggers or other security risks. sp999 recommends using a private, secure network and keeping your device's operating system and security software up to date.
sp999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bonuses, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any point in your sp999 experience — what you deposit in PKR is what you play with and what you withdraw.
sp999 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (via any Pakistani bank) and Visa/Mastercard issued by a Pakistani bank. Deposits from cards or accounts not registered to the account holder are not permitted and will be reversed.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each deposit transaction and may vary by payment method. sp999 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for which sp999 accepts no responsibility.
sp999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits. In such cases, you may be asked to provide documentation confirming the source of your funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is not a reflection on your individual standing as a player.
Withdrawal requests at sp999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. You may not withdraw funds to a different payment method without completing an additional verification step. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal attempts on their accounts.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval; NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals within one to two hours; IBFT bank transfers within four to eight business hours; Visa/Mastercard withdrawals within one to three business days. VIP Club members receive enhanced processing speeds as described in the VIP Club Terms.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed at the time of each withdrawal request. sp999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. You may be asked to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your registered payment method.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Ignorance of game rules will not be accepted as grounds for a refund of any bet or wager.
RNG games at sp999 use certified random number generation software. The randomness and fairness of these games is independently verified. Live dealer games produce outcomes through observable physical processes — the spinning of a real wheel, the drawing of real cards — and these results are final once confirmed by the dealer or system.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether caused by a server issue, software error or connection problem — the affected round may be voided. In such cases, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance. sp999 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings as a result of a technical malfunction, and no claim for a payout based on a disrupted round will be entertained.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sp999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and all bonuses and related winnings forfeited:

sp999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical issues. sp999 accepts no liability for losses arising from:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sp999's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sp999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your sp999 account at any time by contacting support at support@sp999.bid. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
sp999 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; fraudulent activity; money laundering; persistent technical exploitation; or any other material breach of these Terms. In cases of account closure by sp999, any real money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus winnings) will be returned to the player after completion of any required investigation and verification.
Following the closure of an account — whether voluntary or by sp999 — sp999 may retain the player's data for a period consistent with its legal obligations and its Privacy Policy. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes after account closure.
sp999 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sp999 will notify registered players via email to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice within the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
If you continue to use sp999 after a notified change to these Terms takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
